Cloudrift Breakaways Cancellation Policy


Full Refund

Guests who cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 21 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
 

Partial Refund
Cancellations made between 7 and 21 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.


Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
 

Pre-Arrival Requests: If a guest has requested specific pre-arrival arrangements (e.g., special amenities, catering, or third-party services), any associated costs incurred by Cloudrift Breakaways will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the cancellation fee.

We strongly recommend that guests carefully review their plans and our terms and conditions before booking.


Festive Season & Public Holiday Bookings: Non-Refundable Policy

All reservations made for stays during the festive holiday period (including Christmas, New Year, and Easter) and/or on South African public holidays are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, amendment, or no-show. Guests are advised to confirm their travel plans before securing a booking for these periods.
 

Private Functions & Event Bookings: Non-Refundable Policy

All reservations made for private functions, special events, or exclusive venue hire are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to cancellations, amendments, or no-shows under any circumstances. Guests are encouraged to finalise their plans and event details prior to securing a booking.

NB: By default, all bookings made through our listed platforms are subject to a strict cancellation policy unless otherwise stated by management.
