Please be aware that we may occasionally experience power outages due to Eskom-related issues or severe weather conditions.

In the event of an outage, we have taken steps to minimize inconvenience

Limited Power Support

• The Luxury Villa and the Garden Cottage only - are equipped with a UPS battery system that provides limited support to essential low-voltage plugs.

• Side lamps connected to these plugs will maintain basic lighting.

• All three units – including the Boathouse Bungalow – include a rechargeable globe within the side lamps, offering additional limited lighting,  as well as an electric rechargeable-powered emergency torch.
   

Backup Generator

• The property is fitted with a backup generator.

• During extended outages, the generator will be activated during peak times for a limited duration to ensure continuity of essential services.

• The usage of the backup generator is at the sole discretion of the Management.
